You have 7 calendar days to change your mind about the My Inner Lifestyle digital guide.
Request a refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase date shown on your Gumroad receipt. You do not need to give a reason.
How to request a refund
Reply directly to your Gumroad receipt and state that you would like a refund. Use the email address connected to the purchase and keep the order number in the message. This is the fastest way to match the request to the transaction.
If you cannot find the receipt, check your spam folder and then follow the purchase-help options on the Contact page.
What happens next
Approved refunds are issued through Gumroad to the original payment method. A full refund may remove access to the download. The time required for the funds to appear depends on the payment method and bank.
After 7 days
After the 7-day period, a change-of-mind refund is no longer offered. Contact us if you were charged twice, did not receive access, or the supplied file is unusable. We will review the order and correct a verified delivery or file problem.
Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit refund, withdrawal or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Gumroad may also apply protections required for a buyer's location or payment method.
