1. Who offers the guide

My Inner Lifestyle is a digital guide created by Maria Zubkova, an individual creator based in Thailand. References to "Maria", "we", "us" or "our" on these pages mean Maria Zubkova.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to purchase the guide.

3. Product and checkout

My Inner Lifestyle is a downloadable PDF for personal reflection and educational use. The product description and price shown before checkout form part of your purchase.

Checkout and payment are processed through Gumroad. Gumroad may act as merchant of record and reseller for eligible digital transactions. Gumroad's own terms and privacy policy also apply to its service.

4. Payment and delivery

The checkout page shows the amount charged and any applicable taxes before you pay. After a successful purchase, Gumroad sends a receipt containing the download link to the email address used at checkout.

If a receipt or download link does not arrive, check the spam folder and then use the options on our Contact page.

5. Personal-use licence

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, store and use the guide for your own personal use. You may print a personal working copy.

You may not share the download, reproduce or publish substantial parts of the guide, resell it, upload it to a shared library, or use its text, photographs or design in another commercial product without written permission.

6. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase without giving a reason. The complete procedure is set out in the Refund Policy.

7. Nature of the material

The guide is intended for self-observation and personal reflection. It does not provide medical, psychological, nutritional, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace care from a qualified professional.

8. Intellectual property

The guide, website copy, photographs, layout and visual identity are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these terms remain with their respective owners.

9. Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to keep the website and files available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or guide. Our total liability connected with a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain available where they apply.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the product, checkout or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent through the Contact page.
